Guest Choice Tableside are butlered entrées with no need for prior RSVPS that list the dinner selection. Once your guests are seated, they select their entrée.  Each dish is a culinary masterpiece with sophisticated layers of flavors, textures and vivid colors. Very elegant!

Butlered TAPAS CookingFormal Tableside catering is butlered service by guest.  Each guest is assigned a particular staff member, who creates an intimate fine dining experience with a formal flair.  This catering service was recently featured on the Knot, a national wedding resource.

Formal Dinner Menus are eight to ten delicious mini entrées, each with a delicate balance of flavor and color and then the Grand Finale...a trio of desserts!

TAPAS catering offers dramatic visual impact.  Each course is elegantly presented with architectural height, infused colors and layered flavors.  Tapas is the equivalent of a full dinner service without rows of ugly chafing dishes.

Exclusive Sarasota CateringButlered TAPAS is a blend between butlered Hors’d'oeuvres and Feasting Stations with mini entrees.  This is a catering service for your Sarasota open house or mini-fundraiser.  Your menu is unique to your theme, reflects ingredients with wine pairings and always delivers a surprise for your foodies.  They won’t say they had this before!

Family Style catering are entrées presented to each guest table in vintage or contemporary serving dishes.  Each course emerges as a centerpiece and second helpings are always welcome.

Food Carts are interactive, culinary kiosks.  Your guests create their favorite food pairings with our chefs.  Add the secret ingredient, and you have a Iron Chefs moment.

Feasting Stations are a combination of the more traditional buffets with Family Style catering. The Chef-assisted stations feature the entrées and the intoxicating, memorable sauces, relishes, and chutneys are served at each guest table.
