We specialize in large Corporate Functions with a typical 100 person guest count. We will custom design your menu to reflect your function and offer complimentary tastings to prove the point!
We are a Licensed Caterer by the State of Florida Hotels and Restaurant Division for off-premise Catering, carry a $2 million dollar General Liability Insurance Policy, a $1 million dollar Automobile Policy and our staff are covered by Workman's Compensation.
We cook in our mobile kitchens so the food tastes fresh and we don't use your facilities - which make the clean up a snap! We are certified as a Minority Business for the State of Florida and can help meet your MBE goals.
