Family Style Service is a served dinner with the main entrées placed in serving dishes at each guest table.  Any of your menu ideas will usually be a wonderful service; and, of course, it starts with butlered horsd'oeuvres.

Design Considerations

Family style service usually requires larger tables for your guests and for the serving pieces.  Once the tables are expanded, you will need to add overlays or runners to hide the seams between the tables.

with Grilled Vegetables and Toasted Pumpkin Seeds or Tomatoe Caprise with Olives and Pan Seared Goat Cheese - individually served to your guests by our staff.

Entrées

Pan Seared Chicken Medallions 
in a Port Syrah Wine Reduction or Domestic Black Grouper  with a Buttery Buerre Blanc. Served with Butternut Risotto or our Delicious Twice Baked Mashed Potatoes.

And add a served Dessert of  Mini Pecan Bourbon Tarts.
