TAPAS Service and Menus
TAPAS service is "more than one bite" of a wide variety of selections that guests can enjoy over an extended period of time. This is not a cocktail reception... this is a full dinner service with exclamation points!
Beginnings
Florida Crab Cakes drizzled with a Roasted Red Pepper Sauce; Jerk Chicken served with a spicy Thai Dipping Sauce; Grilled Steak drizzled in our Famous Voodoo BBQ Sauce; and our famous Cheeseburgers in Paradise with Apricot Dijon Mustard
Design Considerations TAPAS service is similar to a cocktail reception, so add Bistro tables with interior LED lighting for nighttime and smaller tables for intimate conversations. You want to keep the guests partying!

TAPAS Dinner Service
There is usually several entrees, along with the salads (in crystal pedestal cups). Menu items are combinations; for example the Grilled Beef Tenderloin stuffed in Baby Red Potatoes and the VEGAN version of Twice Baked Baby Reds. Maybe an Artesian Style Mac N Cheese with Pan Seared Lobster or the VEGAN version, both served in Demitasse cups.

Always popular would be our Cheeseburgers in Paradise to get your bridal group ready for the After Party!
