    We expect 2009 to be an Awesome Year.  

    We are delighted that clients are returning to better value, which has always
    our core philosophy.  

    We know that simple and elegant still means WOW from your guests.

What's new for Menus
We have expanded the use of freezing gels on our appetizers to provide color and a burst of flavor in each bite. 

Our New American Cuisine now has a "Roaring 20"s theme with a Waldorf Astoria type elegance. 

Our desserts have expanded to include ice cream and sorbet treats.
 
What's New for Service
Consider Family Service - not as formal as Sit Down or as casual as Buffet.  We have added an extensive array of serving pieces that will complimentary for any table setting.

Determining Value
We continue to offer complimentary tastings and interviews of the Chef that will be assigned to your party, gala or reception.  We know that once you have tasted our food.. WOW!
