We don’t publish random lists of menu items nor use a restaurant’s unsold ingredients for today’s menus. Instead, our chefs focus on fresh ingredients and popular food trends to create menus that are contemporary, fun and exciting. Our chefs will create menus to reflect your personality and tastes with favorite foods, cultural heritage or family recipes. They will guide you in your selections to insure that all menu items have complimentary seasonings. More importantly, they know the latest culinary techniques that enhance your menu items in an off-premise catering environment. We always accommodate any special diet, including gluten free, vegetarian and vegan because we make everything from scratch.
Our chefs are at every Tampa or Sarasota event. If you peeked behind the kitchen doors of your favorite restaurant, you wouldn't see kitchen help or utility men plating up dinner. Only our chefs create your menu and entrees. They cook on-site with our commercial grade ovens to guarantee your food is served at the right temperature and at the right time.
We can deliver TAPAS, Family Style or Guest Choice Tableside catering services because our chefs are on-site. Your menu items are presented with layers of texture and flavors; colorful garnishes for an element of surprise; and sauces for one more dimension of complexity. Your guests will be astonished at the quality of these culinary masterpieces.
